Over the years working with clients, I’ve realized that the approach to a clean, healthy life is really broken down into two steps:

Clean Your Life

Before you can clean up your body, you may need to start with cleaning up your environment. Are there things contributing to issues in your body that are in your home – things like your drinking water, air quality, foods, cleaning products, or even the lotions you use on your face?

Clean Your Body

For those that have cleaned up their environment, it may be necessary to then address the body’s previous exposures/toxins that have settled in. For many cleaning up the environment can help but if health issues persist, testing can be done to identify what needs to be addressed.

I wish something like this existed when I first got pregnant because so much of the “normal” suggestions are anything BUT normal.

While not a doctor, I do have thoughts on a ton of safer products based on types of sicknesses that may surface in your home as I often get asked for safer versions of different medications and medicines.
